What we’re looking for

• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
• Comfortable working across all scopes of work, from foundation through finishing
• A finishing mindset, even when the work isn’t finish carpentry
• Someone who shows up focused, works hard, and takes responsibility for their work
• A team player who can communicate well and keep things professional on site

What we’re not looking for

• High drama
• Constant hand-holding
• People just looking for a paycheck or a short stop
